ABOUT ME
I support creatives, leaders, and organisations to develop ideas... and shift from ideas to positive action.
My background cuts across museums, performance, broadcast, research and funding. Until 2023, I led creative teams at Wellcome Collection, delivering agenda setting programmes for a range of audiences and defining the broader organisational strategy. Today, I work as a coach and engagement strategist to support people and organisations.
I bring an audience centred approach to all of my work. My practice is informed by training in coaching, facilitation as well as experience in public engagement, content strategy and creative leadership.
I’m Vice Chair of English Touring Theatre, and a Trustee of SICK! Productions. I'm based in Welwyn Garden City with my family and many plants.
