FACILITATION

I bring different perspectives together to develop understanding or define shared direction.

What is facilitation?

I support groups of people to work towards a specific goal or outcome. This might involve working with you to create a structure for an event with internal staff, or help audiences and external stakeholders understand your plans.

As well delivering single events, I can develop larger programmes over several months.

How I work

Getting people together in a room is the easy part. I help with the challenging bit: creating a space without judgement that allows you to make meaningful connections and ensure everyone gets to express their opinions.

I’m confident and experienced in holding a space for world leading researchers, policy makers, broadcasters, curators, funders, and business leaders. I create an environment where everyone has a chance to be themselves and put forward their ideas. I bring fresh perspectives and adapt to different learning styles, to enable people to think expansively.

I work with a range of techniques and am qualified in group facilitation methods with the Institute for Cultural Affairs.

For complex and multifaceted events, I work with co-facilitators to ensure your session runs smoothly.

Get in touch

If you think I could support you, get in touch - we can take things from there. If I'm not the right person, I have a great network and might be able to suggest someone else to help.  â€‹
