COACHING

A space where things actually shift.

"I was coached without feeling coached. Rosie had been steering us expertly all along and I was amazed at the ground we had managed to cover."

What brings you to coaching?

Most people arrive at coaching feeling a little bit stuck in their thinking, their confidence, or their next step. Perhaps you're feeling out of your depth at work, or struggling to find your voice in a new job. Maybe you need some help to prioritise strategic planning. Or you're stuck in your head, and need someone to help you get out of it.

I work with researchers, creatives, founders and people doing meaningful work. I will be your thinking partner, wholly present to your needs and ready with the right tools to support you to develop your thinking and behaviour.

I can help you…

Develop clarity, momentum, and a renewed sense of what you're capable of.

You will find increased motivation, confidence and courage through our work together, and inspire those around you. Clients have said that I have supported on the following areas...

  • Clarity through fog: See the wood for the trees again. Clients consistently describe leaving with greater perspective and a sense of direction they didn't have before.

  • Reframed beliefs: The beliefs holding you back aren't facts. Together we can identify them and replace them with something that will support you to move forward.

  • Confidence and self-belief: Reconnect with your own strengths and capabilities - not by being told what to do, but by rediscovering what you already know.

  • Momentum and action: From procrastination to traction. Clients stop overthinking and start moving, with practical tools they can use between and after sessions.

"Rosie found me when I was lost and very gently revealed the insights I needed to move forward. Helping me see a new perspective is a real skill and she just makes it look so easy."

How I work

Coaching is a series of one-to-one conversations, and thoughtful exercises between sessions. You bring a challenge, somewhere you want to grow, or something that makes you feel stuck. I hold the process, ask questions and introduce tools to give you the space to think clearly and rigorously.

It sounds simple but coaching gives you a rare space to see new perspectives and develop your thinking and behaviour. I’ll ask you about your learning style and hone my approach to suit you. I often work with metaphor, embodied experiences and writing to support the development of your understanding.

Most of my work happens online but it can also happen on the phone, in person and even while walking together (costs vary depending on my travel time). We’ll find a quiet, confidential space where you can talk freely.

I trained with Barefoot, one of the UKs leading business and personal coaching programmes. I adhere to the highest ethical standards in my work, I have regular supervision to develop my practice and am accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ACC).

Group Coaching

Group coaching enables people who don’t work together but share a similar goal to come together, work towards that goal, and develop a peer support network.

I’m currently developing plans for a cohort of freelance creative leaders in need of refreshed purpose and confidence.

If you have a goal you’d like to address with a peer support group, let me know what it is and I’ll be able to see if other people are interested.

Packages

I have a range of packages for clients, depending on your needs. I usually suggest that we begin with six sessions, to experience the benefit of coaching.

We’ll meet once every two to four weeks. My rates are on a sliding scale to for large organisations, small organisations and self-funded clients. An indication of example packages are below:

Universities and large organisations - £1500

Charities and small organisations - £1000

Coaching for self funded clients - £650

A small number of pay what you can places are available for those on lower incomes.

If you’re unsure which rate applies to you, I’m very happy to discuss this with you.

Book a free discovery call

I offer a free 30-minute discovery call to get a better understanding of what you need, and to explain how I work. After our call I’ll draft an approach that responds to your needs.
