ABOUT ME
I support people to develop their ideas and themselves. I work as an engagement strategist, facilitator and coach with particular expertise in interdisciplinary practice, audience engagement and collaboration.
I have over a decade of senior leadership experience, most of it at Wellcome, one of the world's leading charitable foundations. I understand what it's like to lead in complex organisations, to hold creative ambition alongside institutional accountability and to bring together different forms of knowledge to create extraordinary experiences for a wide range of audiences.
I'm Vice Chair of English Touring Theatre and a Trustee of SICK! Productions. I'm based in Welwyn Garden City with my family and many, many plants.
