ABOUT ME
I help researchers and cultural organisations clarify purpose, develop collaborations and connect to audiences in creative ways. I listen deeply and understand quickly, bringing strategic insight and practical momentum to complex challenges.
An audience-centred approach sits at the heart of everything I do. My practice is shaped by training in coaching and facilitation, alongside experience in public engagement, content strategy and creative leadership.
My career spans museums, performance, broadcast, research and funding. Until 2023, I led creative teams at Wellcome Collection, delivering ambitious programmes for diverse audiences and shaping wider organisational strategy.
Today, I work as a coach, facilitator and engagement strategist with leaders and teams across cultural and higher education sectors.
I’m Vice Chair of English Touring Theatre and a Trustee of SICK! Productions. I’m based in Welwyn Garden City with my family and many plants.
